Our 72m x 40m indoor arena features a premium Andrews Bowen ProWax surface, offering excellent conditions for both flatwork and jumping. Every design detail has been guided by trusted equine professionals, from natural light management that avoids glare, to excellent ventilation for warmer weather, and lighting for evening use.
Fully enclosed and free from outside distractions, the arena provides a calm environment ideal for young or inexperienced horses, or for training during winter months. Its generous size allows the space to be divided, accommodating a warm-up area alongside a competition arena or multiple dressage rings.
Seamlessly linked to the outdoor arena, it creates a versatile setting for combined training sessions or multi-discipline events.
Outdoor Arena
The 60m x 40m outdoor arena provides ample space for both flatwork and jumping. The space also features Andrews Bowen ProWax surface and is fully floodlit, offering flexibility for day or evening sessions.
Positioned behind the indoor arena and seamlessly linked, it provides a quiet, focused environment with stunning views of the Leicestershire countryside. Next to the outdoor is a viewing gallery with drinks facilities for spectators.

The Horse & Groom offers a stylish and welcoming space available to hire for private events. The area has been designed with comfortable seating areas and an on-site bar to create the perfect atmosphere for hosting guests.
